This is just a quick note to thank you and your staff enormously for making our engagement party an unforgettable night! The evening was a huge success! We arrived early to put up some decorations, which was encouraged by your staff, who stopped to congratulate us when they realised what the occasion was. Our area was perfect for the start of the evening, and a few hours in we almost doubled in size and everyone was extremely accomodating when we ended up spilling out into the area by the bar. Absolutely everyone had a wonderful time, including the kids that were kindly allowed to stay for a few hours!

Thank you again for making this a truly special occasion for both of us, our families and all our friends.

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for helping us organise and celebrate our little boy’s first birthday!!

Everyone had a great time and really loved the restaurant.
Most people didn’t even realise you were there and will certainly come to visit again.

Everything was great, food was yummy (was so impressed with kid’s menu), and service was spot on. I can’t thank you enough for making it such a wonderful day. Please extend our thanks to all of your staff and Chefs who worked on the day!

Now the dust has settled after the weekend I wanted to drop you a quick email and say THANKYOU! We had a wonderful afternoon. Everyone complimented the food and said how amazing it was – especially the steak and ale pies. The setting was perfect for us and our area was wonderful – and not bothered by other people either which was wonderful. The bar man that was looking after us was also brilliant and made sure everyone had drinks and that the area was kept clear.

Also a special thanks to you… we were so very very pleased with our wedding reception at the Waterfront – everything we wanted.

Thank you once again and I’m sure we will see you again soon.

As Battersea Reach residents, we use The Waterfront on a regular basis for both quick weekday meals, lazy Sunday lunches as well as hosting private events. The local riverside setting is superb, the staff are very friendly and always helpful without exception. It’s a great place to go to with kids as well, as the spacious interior and greens outside allows them to be able to play. Lisa & Bruno.

We would like to thank all of those who worked on the evening of 10 October, you made our joint 30th party and engagement celebration incredibly special. It was a brilliant night and we received so many compliments about the venue from our guests.

We were in safe hands from the start, liaising with Bali and the Head Chef about drinks, food, music and plans for the night. On the evening we didn’t have to worry about a thing as Manager Brian had fully briefed all the Waterfront Staff who worked together as an attentive, fast-paced, considerate and professional team, going the extra mile to cater for our requests. The delicious food platters were top notch and had a real wow-factor. Tom loved the tasting session too! The fact that Chef was willing to wait until the right moment in the evening to cook everything was such a bonus, we really appreciated it. You let us decorate our section and then added extra special touches such as adjusting the lighting, rearranging the seating and addding the huge silver champagne cooler filled with ice to our reception area.

It made such a difference to come to a venue that really listens to what you want and then makes it happen – for the right price and in such style. There aren’t many bars in London that have such a great terrace and view over the river, but more so, have Staff that are able to run such a personalised professional event and will make you feel so welcome.

Just wanted to say again, thank you for looking after us so well on Saturday . Everything went really smoothly and without a hitch and that was purely because of your efficiency.

We had a really great afternoon and evening and would certainly recommend The Waterfront to other people.
